Leo Su, M.Sc., CRA, P.App Principal
Leo Su has been involved in the real estate appraisal and consulting since 1994, commencing from university lecturer to associate professor in real estate. He is now a designated professional member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and actively involved in the AIC mentorship program as a mentor providing guidance to AIC candidate appraisers. His solid background both in academic and practice in real estate has been a significant asset to his success in real estate appraisal industry in Canada. He founded and established Best Home Appraisals Ltd. and started residential appraisal and consulting services in Canada since 2008. Prior to joining AIC, Leo Su was a certified real estate appraiser with CIREA since 2001.
Leo Su has been involved in all type of residential (up to 4 units) appraisal assignments. He has been fully experienced with high end, complex and challenging appraisals. He has been recognized as the most efficient and detail orientated appraiser over the years.
Leo has been approved by all five major Canadian Chartered Banks, including RBC, Scotiabank, BMO, TD and CIBC, other Canadian Financial Institutes, such as First National, National Bank, Canadian HomEquity Bank, Canada Guaranty, Manulife Bank of Canada, Fisguard Financial, KEB, CTBC Bank Corp., Gentai Capital Corp., Accountable Mortgage, etc., AMCs, including NAS, RPS, FNF and Solidifi, and some private lenders.

Ruby Kung, B.A., CRA, P.App
Ruby Kung graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor degree of Art in Economics. She is a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and jointed Best Home Appraisals Ltd. since 2013. She successfully completed the rigorous curriculum and applied experience program through the Sauder School of Business, UBC and attained the CRA designation from AIC in 2015 and is honored Co-Signer Appraiser with Best Home Appraisals Ltd. She has experienced in residential property evaluation covering all of Greater Vancouver Areas. Her primary coverage areas include city of Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Vancouver and Coquitlam. Her expertise is enhanced with a strong background in real estate appraisal, real estate marketing, sales coordination and property management.
Winston Song, B.A., Candidate
Winston Song graduated from Thompson Rivers University with a Diploma of Associate of Commerce and Business in 2009 and Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor degree of Art in Economics in 2012. He is a candidate member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and joined Best Home Appraisals Ltd since 2016. He specializes in the Residential Appraisals and has extensive experiences in the Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge areas.
Winston has been enrolled in the Certificate in Residential Valuation program from Sauder School of Business, UBC and is working towards his CRA designation from AIC.

Anna Hou is an administrator with Best Home Appraisals Ltd. She is providing exceptional clerical works to our office, including market research, data collection and maintains, bookkeeping, client relationship management and other complex office duties.
